We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Manager that will be responsible for developing new and existing clients for the marketing and web designpart of the business.
GetCrisp predominantly work with the tech industry supporting every aspect of digital marketing. Many of our team have a background routed in the technology and telecoms sector. This means that we have extensive product and industry knowledge, but are also well-equipped to work alongside businesses from this sector with minimal guidance required. We also work with business within the legal and finance sector.
Required Skills
- A good understanding of digital marketing and the benefits it has to businesses.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Self-motivated and uses own initiative.
- An outgoing personality who can make new contacts and network effectively.
- Knowledge of the technology, legal or finance sector.
- Experience in using project management or CRM software.
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SEO and familiar with tools like SEMRush, MOZ etc.
- Experience within a marketing or account management role or have a marketing or sales qualification or training.
- Working closely with the marketing team and GetCrisp’s clients to deliver the best possible service for our customers.
- Developing existing client relationships to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their services.
- Creating customer proposals and quotations.
- Assisting the directors of GetCrisp with creation of proposals and quotes.
- Generating a sales pipeline and self-managing this.
- Willingness to be trained and developed.

As a digital marketing apprentice working within an agency, you will be supporting the rest of the team assisting with a variety of tasks. This will include supporting our graphic designers, content creators and web developers. You will have the unique opportunity to learn from each of the departments and assist them in their daily activities.

This is a 12-month apprenticeship that will continue into a full-time position for the right candidate.

GetCrisp are an agency built up of web developers, software developers and digital marketing experts based in Lewes just outside of Brighton. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Developer to support our experienced development team.
As a Junior Developer working within an agency, you will be supporting the development team assisting with a variety of tasks. This will include front-end website development, software development and app development. We work on a variety of projects both for clients and for our own SaaS products. This could be anything from developing a bespoke WordPress site designed by our graphic designers to assisting with the development of complex iOS, Android and web applications.
You will have the unique opportunity to learn from our experienced team and assist them in their daily activities. GetCrisp predominantly work with the tech industry supporting every aspect of web and software development.
This is a Junior role but requires a good level of understanding of a number of programming languages.
